One block from the beach in Torquay. House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen, large back deck, large yard, BBQ, all mod cons, cot, change table, loads of kids toys & all linen is provided. Sleeps 8 + cot (also a portacot avail). Garage & carport.
Our house is very comfortable & has excellent heating & cooling. There is a single car garage, single car carport & 1 other car can fit in the driveway. Were on a shared block with another house. Ours is at the back which means a private back yard with a huge deck (that's enclosed so kids cant escape!) & back lawn. It accommodates 8 adults and 2 babies as 2 cots provided. All linen is provided and when you leave the house is to be left as close to you found it as possible. All beds need stripping & the linen washed. Its understandable you may not get it all dry but we will appreciate getting as much done as possible.
There is a large variety of toys all clean and in excellent condition.
A bond may be asked for & any damages or extra cleaning that need to be done will come out of that. Otherwise it will be happily refunded once the house is inspected.
